The procedure is very simple. You will need:

  • Fresh ginger
  • One cucumber
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • One lemon
  • 8 ½ cups of fresh water (filtered or bottled- a cup of 250ml).

Instructions:

Wash the lemon well, cut it into halves and remove the seeds from it. Each half should be sliced into thin circles and put into a bowl filled with water. Allow it to stay for 8,5 hours. Do not peel or squeeze the lemon in the water. Next, peel the cucumber and cut it into circles. Finally place them in the water. Then take 8-12 mint leaves, wash them and add them to the water. Stir the resulting mixture, cover it and keep it in your fridge. Allow it to stand overnight. Drink this beverage whenever you are thirsty.

Prepare another dose for every 4 days. It is recommended that you filter the water before pouring it into a glass.
