DIY: Remove Tooth Cavities At Home!

Many people are doubting the possibility of natural cavities remedies, because it has been told us that treating cavities on a dentist is the only possible way to heal them, but in fact, that is not true.

The causes of tooth decay

Tooth decay is only another body message that something is not balanced. Tooth health can be kept with correct nutrition, not fluoride or dentistry. In fact, the fluoride does not make the teeth stronger and is putting the health at risk. Moreover, fluoride is on the list along with arsenic and mercury.

Unlikely, in many areas around the country, the water is still fluoridated and the bottles of water at the stores are usually containing added fluoride, too.

Remove Tooth Cavities

The tooth decay is happening for many reasons, including:

  1. Deficiency of vitamins (mostly vitamins D and A)
  2. Lack of some minerals in the diet
  3. Hormone imbalance
  4. A diet that is high in Pyric Acid (naturally occurs on most nuts, legumes and grains)

In order to brush and floss the tooth daily, there are some useful ways you can reverse the cavities and improve the oral health without visiting dentists. Following are some things that you should consider:

  • Try to eat foods that are rich in vitamins A, D, E and K, and minerals as calcium, magnesium and phosphorus.
  • Consume foods high in fiber, to increase the saliva production in your mouth that is a natural tooth protector.
  • Take Vitamin D supplements.
  • Drink 1 to 2 cups bone broth per day.
  • Coconut oil pull each morning for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the refined sugar from the foods and drinks.
  • Turn to re-mineralizing toothpaste.

Additional tips:

  • Always use antibacterial mouthwash.
  • Rinse the mouth with some warm water after every meal.
  • Drink black and green tea in order to reduce plague build-ups and bacteria growth.
  • After consuming acidic beverages, brush the teeth and rinse your mouth with warm water.
  • Chew some sugar-free gums to stimulate the saliva production.
  • Drink ample amounts of water through the day.
  • Consume cranberry juice frequently to improve the oral hygiene.
